Get to know me
Nadia Lofton, RYT 200, uses the healing power of breath to guide movement that is both based on strength and alignment. She applies these practices both on and off the mat to create a holistic approach to yoga that transcends the physical. By letting the breath be a guiding light, Nadia is able to create a relaxed environment to expand her students’ perspectives – while keeping the practice light-hearted and fun. She has been practicing yoga for the last 12 years and received her certification at Maha Yoga. Nadia lives with her Husband and sweet pup (who likes to make his appearance in virtual classes!) in Philadelphia.
I’ve partnered with several Philadelphia-based companies and organizations including: UPenn’s Wharton School of Business, Morris Animal Refuge and the Lupus Foundation of America.
What People Are Saying
“
I have had several private sessions with Nadia. The sessions were exactly what I was looking for. I almost immediately felt more relaxed and aligned (both mentally and physically). Nadia is a pleasure to work with - reliable, friendly and professional. She knows the art of yoga very well and has a wonderful way of bringing relaxation and exercise together. I will absolutely continue working with her!

Amazing experience, can't beat the professionalism and go getter attitude that Nadia brings to the table. Never thought I had it in me to hold a crow pose, but Nadia's belief in me provided me with the confidence I needed to succeed in my practice!
